Aurora Rehabilitation and Living Center asks you to trust
us to care for you, your loved one, or a friend. When a decision is made
to place someone in a long-term care facility, you are basing your decision
not on experience, but on trust. You trust those who are guiding you through
the process of identifying potential facilities. You trust your medical
provider when he or she supports the referral to a facility and you are
asked to trust the facility to provide the necessary care in a manner that
is caring, respectful, and appropriate. The staff at Aurora Rehabilitation
& Living Center takes the responsibility of earning and keeping your
trust very seriously.
We believe that quality of life is the single most important
component of
a persons stay at our facility and every staff member, upon
hire,
signs a
written
commitment to this effect which is the basis of all our decisions.
We also
believe that in order to provide the highest quality care, we need
the
support and input of the resident, their families, and their friends.
